Need to Know

  • Choice of 3 themes from the available themes (Harry Potter, Honey Bee, Easter, Unicorn etc) for the photoshoot.
  • 150 Edited Photos and all unedited photos.
  • The photo shoot is strictly limited to 3 hours.

  • Due to any grave operational difficulty, any booking canceled from our end will be 100% refundable.
  • Any booking canceled from our platform before 1 week of the booking date, will be 100% refundable.
  • Any cancellations happening when the event slot is within 1 week will be refundable only by 50%.
  • Any cancellations happening when the event slot is within 24 hours will not be liable for any refund.
  • Processing of refunds may take up to 4-5 business days.

  • Can we customize these services per our needs?
    We offer minor customizations like change of balloon colors, change of names and numbers etc. You can make these customizations event after booking our service. Please reach out to our support team for the same.
  • Can we make changes in location, time etc. after the booking?
    We accommodate all changes in locations and timings up until 24 hours to the booking. 
  • How early can I make the booking for my celebration?
    We encourage you to make your booking as early as possible since we have only limited slots for every day.
  • Can you manage my entire event for me?
    We offer the management of your entire event as per our premium packages. For more details kindly reach out to our support team.
  • Can you set up the decoration on the same day?
    We do offer express delivery of some services on the same date. For more details on that kindly reach out to our support team.
  • How long do you take to set up this decoration?
    We take around 2 hours to set up any decoration. However, this time may vary with the complexity of the decoration.
  • Do you also decorate hotel rooms?
    We can decorate a hotel room if you get the required permission from them beforehand.
